4. Ironclad Wall (E-Skill) Duration Adjusted
- Before: 3 sec
- Now: 4 sec
Dev Comments
Steel is sometimes less effective in lane combat than other Supports, so we're adjusting his overall damage amount to deal more damage to enemies, and increasing the duration of Ironclad Wall (E-Skill) to make it more effective at defending allies.
[Kallari]

4. Evil Vow (R-Skill) Damage Adjusted (Damage Excluding the Last Hit)

- Before: 0.15

6. Evil Vow (R-Skill) Area Adjusted
- Before: 4m

Dev Comments
Due to the recent Karma skill update and distribution of Watcher's Eye as a starting item, maintaining stealth has become more challenging, making Kallari's role very narrow. We have adjusted her overall damage and damage area to emphasize her Assassin role better.
[Phase]

- Before: 20 sec/19 sec/18 sec/17 sec/16 sec
- Now: 18 sec/17 sec/16 sec/15 sec/14 sec

[Shinbi]
1. Light's Memory (RMB-Skill) Cooldown Adjusted
- Before: 13 sec/12.5 sec/12 sec/11.5 sec/11 sec
- Now: 10 sec
2. Light's Memory (RMB-Skill) Magical Power Coefficient Adjusted
- Before: 0.25
- Now: 0.45
3. Phantom Dance (E-Skill) Mana Cost Adjusted
- Before: 95/100/105/110/115
- Now: 80
Dev Comments
The high mana cost of Phantom Dance (E-Skill) made it difficult to use the skill in lane combat. We've adjusted the mana cost to make sure the hero doesn't run out of mana in the early game as well as in the mid to late game. Also, Shinbi's Light's Memory (RMB-Skill) had low damage and a long cooldown, making it a skill that was primarily used for escape. We've adjusted its function so that it can be used for offense as well as escape.
[Serath]
1. Execution by Illusion (Q-Skill) Cooldown Adjusted
- Before: 14 sec/12 sec/10 sec/8 sec/6 sec
- Now: 10 sec/9 sec/8 sec/7 sec/6 sec

Dev Comments
Before using Summoned Angel of Balance (R-Skill), she didn't do much damage compared to other Warrior heroes. We've adjusted the cooldown and damage of Serath's primary skill to give her a little more flexibility in skill combinations.
[Belica]
1. Suppress (RMB-Skill) Range Adjusted
- Before: 17m
- Now: 16m
2. Suppress (RMB-Skill) Area Adjusted
- Before: 4m
- Now: 3.75m
3. Commander's Eye (E-Skill) Magical Power Coefficient Adjusted
- Before: 0.45
- Now: 0.35
4. Commander's Eye (E-Skill) Duration Adjusted
- Before: 11 sec/12 sec/13 sec/14 sec/15 sec
- Now: 12 sec
Dev Comments
Belica's Commander's Eye (E-Skill) and Suppress (RMB-Skill) have a long range, making them very useful in large-scale fights. In lane combat, damage is often an advantage, so we've adjusted the damage, skill cast area, and skill range to give enemy Caster heroes a bit of a leg up.
[Gadget]
1. Obsessive Bomb (Q-Skill) Base Damage Adjusted
- Before: 60/120/180/240/300
- Now: 80/135/190/245/300

- Before: 0.3 sec
- Now: 0.5 sec
Dev Comments
We've adjusted the damage and cooldowns of Obsessive Bomb (Q-Skill) so that Gadget can trade damage with enemies even in the early gameplay, as the only skill that can be used in early lane combat was Obsessive Bomb (Q-Skill).
[Kwang]
1. Crescent Moon (RMB-Skill) Thunder and Lightning Damage Adjusted
- Before: 30/35/40/45/50
- Now: 30/40/50/60/70
2. Crescent Moon (RMB-Skill) Area Adjusted
- Before: 3.75m
- Now: 4m
3. Fierce Battle (E-Skill) Cooldown Adjusted

- Now: 14 sec/13 sec/12 sec/11 sec/10 sec

[Drongo]
1. Uranium Rounds (E-Skill) Damage Based on Target's Max Health Adjusted
- Before: 4/4.5/5/5.5/6%
- Now: 5/5.5/6/6.5/7%
2. Uranium Rounds (E-Skill) Explosion Damage Adjusted
- Before: 6-28/18-36/30-48/42-60/54-72
- Now: 12-34/24-46/36-58/48-70/60-82
3. Uranium Rounds (E-Skill) Explosion Damage Physical Power Coefficient Adjusted
- Before: 0.1
- Now: 0.15
Dev Comments
We've adjusted the damage of Drongo's Uranium Rounds (E-Skill) to make him more anti-Tank. (Drongo is a hero designed to deal more damage against Tanks, but so far it seems that he has not been able to fulfill his role properly.)
[Muriel]
1. Glory of Osyne (RMB-Skill) Shield Amount Adjusted
- Before: 100/145/190/235/280
- Now: 80/120/160/200/240
2. Glory of Osyne (RMB-Skill) Movement Speed Increase Adjusted
- Before: 15%/20%/25%/30%/35%
- Now: 8%/11%/14%/17%/20%
3. Glory of Osyne (RMB-Skill) Movement Speed Increase and Shield Duration Adjusted
- Before: 2 sec/2.25 sec/2.5 sec/2.75 sec/3 sec
- Now: 2 sec
4. Glory of Osyne (RMB-Skill) Mana Cost Adjusted
- Before: 45
- Now: 70
5. Faithful Vow (R-Skill) Cooldown Adjusted
- Before: 120 sec/110 sec/100 sec
- Now: 135 sec/120 sec/105 sec
Dev Comments
Muriel was currently contributing a lot more in lane combat and large-scale fights compared to other Supports, and the instantaneous movement speed increase from Glory of Osyne (RMB-Skill) made it difficult for enemies to deal with Muriel. As a result, we've adjusted the shield amount, cooldown, and mana cost of Glory of Osyne (RMB-Skill).
[The Fey]
1. Forest's Will (RMB-Skill) Base Damage Adjusted
- Before: 35/40/45/50/55
- Now: 42/47/52/57/62

- Before: 0.07
- Now: 0.09
3. Forest's Will (RMB-Skill) Area Adjusted
- Before: 5m
- Now: 5.5m
Dev Comments
The Fey has fewer damage skills than other Caster heroes, making her difficult to play in early lane combat. We've adjusted the damage and area of Forest's Will (RMB-Skill) so that The Fey can defeat T-on faster rather than trading damage with enemy heroes.
[Murdock]
1. Target Check (Q-Skill) Base Damage Adjusted
- Before: 5/10/15/20/25
- Now: 4/8/12/16/20
2. Target Check (Q-Skill) Range Adjusted
- Before: 15m
- Now: 14m
3. Target Check (Q-Skill) Physical Power Coefficient Adjusted
- Before: 0.06
- Now: 0.05

- Now: 240/320/400
5. Ultra-Precise Shot (R-Skill) Physical Power Coefficient Adjusted
- Before: 1.0
- Now: 0.9
Dev Comments
Murdock was currently contributing more to lane combat and long-range fight support than other Rangers. Especially in early lane combat of the game, we felt that Murdock's Lock-on skills were a huge factor and gave him an edge in the fight. We've made adjustments to his range and damage to help enemy Rangers deal with him better.
[Greystone]
1. The Knight's Will (E-Skill) Cooldown Adjusted
- Before: 8.5/8/7.5/7/6.5 sec
- Now: 7.5/7/6.5/6/5.5 sec
2. The Transcendent Knight (R-Skill) Cooldown Adjusted
- Before: 150 sec/145 sec/140 sec
- Now: 150 sec/135 sec/120 sec
3. The Transcendent Knight (R-Skill) Health/Mana Recovery Amount From Respawning Adjusted
- Before: 30%/40%/50%
- Now: 35%/45%/ 55%

Greystone was often surrounded by enemies after being respawned by the ultimate, making it difficult for him to survive. We've adjusted the recovery amount and cooldown to give him a slightly better chance of survival.

- Before: 40/75/110/145/180
- Now: 50/85/120/155/190
2. Maco Gift! (Q-Skill) Recovery Amount Adjusted (3 Allies or More Recovered)
- Before: 20/37.5/55/72.5/90

Dev Comments
We've increased Maco's skill ability to protect allies in early lane combat and in large-scale fights to fit his role as a Support.
[Sparrow]
1. Focus (RMB-Skill) Adjusted So That Sparrow Can Use Basic Attack After Skill Use
