Q1. Can Maco be used in front of the battle? What are some recommended items?
A1. Since Maco’s concept focuses on supporting allies from behind, we recommend you maintain a rear position to Heal allies or debuff enemies instead of playing in the front. We recommend you use items such as “Healing Nano Machines”, “Mutant Po”, and “High Priest’s Consolation” to support and assist your allies.
Q2. How do we use Maco? Is there an easier way to play this hero?
A2. You can play strategically by using “Maco Gift! (Q-Skill)” to either debuff an enemy’s Healing or Heal allies.
Also, “Maco Strike! (R-Skill)” can be used to induce an active team fight.
If an enemy enters an ally position, you can use “Maco Sparkle! (RMB-Skill)” or “Maco Strike! (R-Skill)” to drive them out and break the formation.
Q3. What does the name “Maco” mean? Does it have a certain background story? It’d be nice to include Paragon’s lore with it as well.
A3. Maco is the name given to him by Ellen, the commander of Planet Prime Exploration Team N-12. Ellen was exploring the planet when she found the adorable and fascinating creature. Surprisingly, after petting him, the creature began to follow her around while saying “Maco-neh? Maco-coo-keu?”. It was then that she decided to give him the name Maco.
Q4. Which hero has good synergy with Maco?
A4. When “Maco Gift! (Q-Skill)” successfully hits an ally, it recovers in proportion to the hero’s maximum HP, so the synergy with Tanks - Sevarog and Rampage is good.
In Duo Lane, Maco and Twinblast show good synergy.
It is easy to evade with Twin Blast's “Boost Mobility (E-Skill)”, but when approaching aggressively, Maco can also instantly attach or evade with “Maco Fly! (E-Skill)”.
For this reason, the synergy with Twinblast seems to be the best when considering both offense and defense.
Q5. What is the value of Maco’s gemstone? It’s written that Maco would trade it for a single mango! (so how much Renar is it worth!?)
A5. Theoretically, Maco's gemstone is a combination of Dekima's energy and a unique material called Optinium; and is a unique gemstone used only by Maco.
The gemstone is impossible for the general public to operate, and it is difficult to convert the price into Renar because it is currently a substance that only Maco can use.
