Greetings, survivors!
This is Team Dysterra.

They will be announced as often as possible according to the progress of reports from players.
📌 Recently resolved or reflected 📌
✅ Optimized server related to Lagging(rubber banding) issue
✅ Fixed issue of some NPCs freezing
✅ Modified so that the security status is set as a default when installing a door
✅ Fixed Single-Player mode synchronization delay
✅ Strengthening anti-cheat and security proceeds from time to time
🚧 Issues to be fixed in the next update 🚧
❗ The time of application of these fixes may be delayed due to the priority of the update preparation process, but they will all be applied as soon as possible.
🔧 Scheduled to allow Single-player mode and Custom servers use during service maintenance
🎤Dev Comments🎤
💬We plan to allow Single-player mode and Custom servers to be available for those who
wish them to be open during maintenance. However, please understand that the service
may be unavailable if the maintenance content includes Single-player mode and
Custom server related content.
🔧 Fixed an issue where NPCs did not respond when attacking nearby NPCs
🔧 Scheduled modification to prevent vehicles from entering the Facilities
🔧 Fixed an issue where the result is not reflected when the daily mission is progressed in advance
🎤Dev Comments🎤
💬We plan to reduce the inconvenience of recreating installations that have already been
installed for daily missions.
🔧 Planning to improve the Buildingcore resource-to-energy conversion rate
🎤Dev Comments🎤
💬We plan to adjust the energy conversion rate for resources to make it easier to maintain
the Buildingcore energy.
🔧 Improved Floor installation method when constructing housing
🎤Dev Comments🎤
💬There were some users who had difficulty installing the Floors, so we plan to make
housing installation more convenient.
🔧 Planning to improve Gamepad support
🔧 Expansion of the area available for housing construction is in progress
🎤Dev comments🎤
💬Currently, major buildings (major bases and facilities) are restricted from being built to
prevent monopolization and abuse by some users. However, since we are aware of the
inconvenience caused to survivors, we are considering reducing the restricted area,
and will reflect some in the next update.
🔧 Adjusting the cooldown time of beds and sleeping bags
🎤Dev comments🎤
💬Since the cooldown time of beds and sleeping bags are directly related to the balance of
combat and attacking major facilities, a rather conservative balance was applied.
We plan to adjust the reuse time through the opinions of survivors and game data analysis
during the early access, and these balance adjustments will continue.
🔧 Fixed an issue where some words could not be used as nicknames or on chats
🔧 Scheduled to be improved so that daily missions can be performed while riding in a vehicle
🔧 Hunger reduction mitigation system to be introduced in residences(housing)
🎤Dev comments🎤
💬In situations where survivors are away due to various reasons, we are making improvements
so that hunger status effects lessen in player bases with a building core installed and powered.
We think seeing the death screen after a long phone call with a close friend should occur
less often this way!
🔍 Content being fixed or being prepared 🔍
🧪 Hardcore PVP server in preparation
🎤Dev Comments🎤
💬We are preparing a Hardcore PVP server for experts who want to fight tough without
the help of secure slots and armor protection. It will be reflected in some regions and
operated in the form of a test.
🧪 Fixing an issue where survival time information is displayed abnormally in ranking information(leaderboard).
🧪 Scheduled to strengthen Strider and Strider EX's hacking security function
🎤Dev Comments🎤
💬We deeply sympathize with the survivors' opinions about the lack of security capabilities of
crafted vehicles(Strider, Strider EX), and we plan to upgrade more powerful security features
compared to the general world spawn vehicle (Dynamo).
🧪 Scheduled to modify the UI of storage box use around the character to be more intuitive
🧪 Fixed an issue where the character could not aim below fully
🧪 Shots(Syringe) and armor balance improvements related to the radiation area
🎤Dev comments🎤
💬We are adjusting the performance of shots(syringes) and armors in consideration of
the difficulty of the Orbis base and facilities.
🧪 Fixed an issue where the hotkey worked when using the search function on a workbench, etc.
🧪 Issues with installations being installed improperly
🎤Dev comments🎤
💬We are considering improvements for issues such as not being able to place items
like a workbench very close to the walls or automatically aligning depending on the direction
the character is standing.
🧪 Changing existing settings for Single Player mode
🎤Dev comments🎤
💬We are considering a modification function for survivors who must have been frustrated
because it was impossible to change the settings in the middle of Single Player mode.
You can change the Single Player mode settings by modifying the contents of the file located
in the folder below.
- Folder location: >\Dysterra\Dysterra\WorldSettings\SinglePlay.json
🧪 Planned improvements to the long crafting time of forges
🎤Dev comments🎤
💬The existing balance was set to encourage the forges to operate automatically while
the player explores the world and loots major bases and facilities,
but we are considering introducing the ‘Forge Upgrade System’ as quickly as possible
to incorporate opinions from players.
We will be back soon with better and hopefully more intuitive forges.
