Hello, Dstroyers! ːsteamhappyː
It’s been almost 18 months since our last update—we know, it’s been a while! But today, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news: a brand-new demo is now available for you to play!
This is likely our final Open Beta before the Full 1.0 release, and while the changes since version 0.8 might seem subtle at first glance, they run deep. We’re closer than ever to the official launch, with in this demo, the three tournaments and Survival mode, now in a strong Beta state.
But here’s the big news: much of our recent work has been behind the scenes, focusing on Adventure mode, the heart of the Dstroy experience. This solo/co-op mode is what sets Dstroy apart from other "Bomberman" titles, and it’s what our longtime fans have been waiting for. We’re pouring everything into perfecting it, and we hope to share it with you before the end of 2026.
Yes, we originally aimed for 2025 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first Dstroy, but we’re okay with making it a 31st-anniversary gift if it means delivering the best possible experience to our fans around the world.
A massive thank you for your incredible support, patience and feedback—it means the world to us!
We’ve got a lot in our logs, but keep those thoughts, suggestions, and bug reports coming please! (Here or on Discord).
Let’s make this the best Dstroy yet—together!
We're counting on you to find the few bugs we hide on purpose (or not)! ːsteammockingː
Play the demo now and stay tuned for more updates! (even if we're not giving a lot of them)
