Greetings, Directors!
Development of The Pegasus Expedition is continuing fast, and the next Content Update, dubbed "The Height of the Empire", has entered the final stages of its testing process. If everything goes well, you will get to try the new scenario and many more additions to the game very soon.
We have had to reshuffle some priorities in the development however, and have updated the Early Access Roadmap - based on player feedback, we have decided to include several new features for this Content Update, such as a veterancy system for units, new "Edicts" system for additional control over your empire, new consequences (and better ways of communicating them) for many of the story choices, automation options for much of the endgame busywork. On top of that, repair costs and time, as well as the happiness system, have been rebalanced. And we managed to get many of the visual improvements scheduled for the next Content Update done in this one already too!
However, since we wanted to implement these changes into the game as soon as possible and get your opinions on them, we had to postpone the upgrades to faction AI and diplomacy to further down the line.
We can't wait to show you all the improvements and hear what you think about them - please, keep your feedback coming, whether here in Steam game reviews or discussions, or on the developers Discord server.
