Blimps 1.8.9

We added the option to turn off the random weather events in the settings menu. We reduced the power loss that weather event decisions take from your Blimp. Finally, we added the Vulture Weather Scope(VWS) as a purchasable equipment upgrade in the "S"tork port markets. We hope you enjoy the game. Thanks for playing!
