INTERNAL MEMORANDUM
DATE: March 25th, 2024
TO: All Employees
FROM: Niall, Chief Technical Officer
SUBJECT: First Round Interviews
- We will be scheduling our first round of interviews for the new dev position on 4/24/24.
- Reminder: First round interviews are NOT FINAL. These will only provide applicants with a demo of life at the company, not full exposure to the reality of actual employment.
- There is a new training video we should highly recommend all applicants view.
- Don’t forget to encourage applicants to arrive with an uncompromising positive attitude and a willingness to dream big. Anything is possible for an employee who exhibits total and unquestionable commitment to our company’s values.
- MARGARET: Reminder to continue publishing the onboarding guide for a smoother transition.
- For those who want to go above and beyond, we should extend an invitation to join the rest of the candidate pool on the company discord.
Thank you for your cooperation.
-Niall
