* FPS counter is now smoothed out and less wild

* Total time played now syncs between devices
* Camera no longer moves with cursor when in submenus (graphics/audio)
* Skateboard shouldn't show up outside of skatepark anymore. Side note: for those interested in being able to see snail trails outside of the skatepark, I am working on something for that (:
