Progress Update
This announce is to serve as an update to all who may be following our progress. For the past few week, we've been going around canvassing for feedback, doing planning work and drafting action plans for existing bugs.
What's going to happen?
We'll be fixing smaller bugs and doing periodic releases. The next thing that could go into early access is the campaign map.
However, most of the missions will not be ready just yet; only the interface.
Changes
Campaign mode is under consideration to be available right from start. We'll need more feedback before making this decision.
Personally, I'd prefer players to complete Arcade mode at least once before unlocking Campaign mode. This is to help players get familiarized with the game's style and feel before taking on more challenges in the Campaign mode.
New Modes
Duel mode is now released officially as part of the full release even though we're currently still in early access.
Survival mode, boss rush mode, Uber rush mode is under consideration.
Conclusion
In the next few weeks, we'll be releasing more updates, probably some new weapons as well. Please be patient with us as you'll witness Starlight: Eye of the Storm grow into its final release.
Thanks,
Jeremy
