July 13 2021 - Small Update

-Added new cars to moon
-Made it so you can play on moon with cars or no cars
-Lowered car noise radius
-Added boundary colliders on vehicle maps so players cant exit map when in car
-Changed some UI settings
-Cade max players for capture the loot to 12
-Adjusted gun display rotation
-Changed sleeve and glove colors according to team color
-Changed fire rate of spaz
