We are encountering an issue in which the actual product cannot be obtained when purchasing the METALLIC CHILD Digital Artbook and the bundles that include it.
The affected products are listed below:
METALLIC CHILD - Digital Deluxe Edition
METALLIC CHILD - Digital Artbook Package
METALLIC CHILD Digital Artbook
This issue is only affecting the Digital Artbook, and any other products that are included in the same package are being installed properly.
For example, when the METALLIC CHILD - Digital Deluxe Edition is purchased, the main game and the METALLIC CHILD Original Soundtrack will be properly installed.
We will make an announcement when this issue is fixed.
We deeply apologize to those who have already purchased the affected products.
We thank you for your cooperation and patience.
