Hey everyone!
The Controller Support update will soon be finished, and aside from controller support it also adds custom difficulties, tactical reloads, and optimizes the lighting rendering pipeline.
With that said, I'd like to ask you folks of a favor: if you have a controller, or wish to test out and give feedback on the aforementioned features - please opt into the "controllersupport" beta branch and give it a try.
If you wish to opt into the BETA branch, simply follow these steps:
1. right-click on "Intravenous" in your game list
2. click on "Properties"
3. switch over to the "BETAS" tab
4. click on the dropdown box and select "controllersupport"
5. done! once the game finishes updating, you will now be on the upcoming version 1.2 branch, with all the features that it brings.
Whether it's the custom difficulties, tactical reloads, or controller support - any feedback or bug reports are appreciated!
I would also like to hear from folks with controllers on how the game plays with one. I am primarily keyboard + mouse guy, so playing on a controller is not comfortable for me no matter what tweaks I make to the control schemes. Hearing some feedback from frequent controller users would be greatly appreciated.
By participating in the BETA branch you would also help with testing the upcoming update - something that makes the game a better experience for everyone!
Thanks for reading, hope you're enjoying the game!
