2nd Update Notes for 14 June

- Fixed a bug where starting a new game after a failed reconnection caused the game to not initialise properly
- Fixed a bug when a game was terminated during a Reconnection Wait, the timescale was not reset and no new games could be started
- Fixed a critical issue where disconnecting during the vote phase would result in the game failing
