Fix bugs and more

fixed a bug with inability to select a point on a large map.
- fixed a bug with no music in the main menu when playing with a gamepad.
- fixed some shortcomings UI.
- added rotation of the mini-map along with the rotation of the player.
- corrected the visible speed value.
- removed the DoF.
- fixed a bug with respawn after car breakdown outside races.
