Hey everyone! Watch us play Relentless live and interact with the developers! We will run through the demo showing some of the gameplay. We can talk about the game and our expectations going forward.
Relentless combines the questing of high fantasy RPG, a roguelite gameplay, and a retro 16-bit side-scrolling platformer format. Similar to something like FTL, you only have a limited number of weeks (i.e. runs) to save the world. You will get different endings and permanent unlocks depending on how you did. A typical game cycle takes about 2-3 hours, and contains different quests depending on your choices. It should take the average player about 7~8 cycles to get to the “true” ending.
