Mercenaries!
We have identified and taken disciplinary action against players who used unauthorized third-party programs that disrupt fair gameplay.
As part of our continuous effort to maintain a healthy and secure game environment, the A.V.A Global Operations Team strictly enforces our Code of Conduct and End User License Agreement (EULA).
Any use of external software, modifications, or tools that alter game data or provide unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.

Any account found using such programs will be permanently banned without exception, and penalties cannot be reversed.
Enhanced Enforcement Measures
In addition, as previously announced, we have strengthened our security enforcement:
Accounts identified using unauthorized programs will continue to receive permanent bans.
Hardware linked to these banned accounts will also be strictly blocked from accessing the game.
Any attempt to access A.V.A Global using the same hardware will result in immediate and automatic restrictions.
Abuse Policy Update - EXP
We have identified cases where players created abnormal rooms in Custom Channels to gain experience points unfairly.
After reviewing previous season data, it appears some XP was obtained through unintended methods.
To ensure fair play, a new rule will be applied starting this season:
Any player caught abusing XP gain in this manner will have their Season Ranking reset by default.
The definition of “abnormal behavior” is at the discretion of the game operations team.
Penalty Structure:
1st – Warning
2nd – 30-day account suspension
3rd – Permanent ban
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a fair and competitive environment.
We will continue our monitoring and enforcement efforts to ensure fair and enjoyable gameplay for all players.
Thank you.
Sincerely.
Your AVA Global Operations Team
