Investigation
Your reports continue being crucial to our prioritization and implementation of fixes and features in the game. Keep them coming! Additionally, we are aware of ongoing reports of some players being unable to receive new rewards or change their profile items, as well as an issue causing some players to disconnect at certain points in game. This is a particularly high priority of ours, and we are investigating and making several changes on the back-end with the goal of resolving these issues. These changes will take time to implement and fully test, and we are targeting them for an early summer release. Thank you so much for the bug reports and your patience as we try to get to the bottom of this. For other known issues, please visit this page to see what’s being tracked!
