We've been continuing to work hard on the game and want to update you on some of the awesome things we've been working on.
Tutorialization
The friendly Jester will guide you through the first tier, and will introduce new concepts at higher tiers as well.
Fire!
When buildings are poorly maintained there is a small chance they catch fire. Workers will drop everything to put out the fire.
And if you forgot to pay your taxes...? Well, the Queen might do something... irrational!
Fog of war and larger ships
Introduced fog of war to increase replayability
You need to look for islands with the correct fertilities to expand your empire
Oh and did you see the new ships? This Ship has 6 cargo slots!
Zone maintenance sprites + research option
Zones now visually show their maintenance state with new sprites
To make maintenance as effective as possible, new research options have been added

Additional XS and XL islands are being added into the mix when dynamically generating worlds
