Thanks for joining the HYPE!
First off, we would once again like to thank our incredible community for all of your continuous support! Last Tuesday we rounded up Build-A-Thon #2 and we were of the immensely creative rooms that got submitted. As a small token of our gratitude, we decided to give you all a small preview of what's coming up next in terms of content from our side. So in case you missed that, be sure to check it out right here!
Now without further ado, we present you our top community room picks for April!
This seems vaguely familiar?
In Virtual Intelligence you wake up in a room that bears a striking resemblance to your own bedroom. However, something doesn't feel quite right. To escape this familiar looking room, you will need to solve a series of strange and intriguing puzzles. Virtual Intelligence will put your puzzle-solving skills to the test and was one of two winners of the community award in our HyperX and OMEN Build-A-Room competition!
Nothing beats a good bowl of soup!
The second community award went to An Unprepared Forecast! To escape from this room, you will need to find all of the scattered tiles needed to summon forth your familiar Fern. But before you do that, why not grab yourself a nice bowl of soup? You're going to need it!
A E S T H E T I C
That's right, folks! It's time to go back to the eighties! Well, sort of. We hope you've brushed up on your synthesizer skills for 100% Polyester in which you'll enter a VERY pink vaporwave dreamscape! And if not, you can always just go shopping for some timeless horse shirts.
I find your lack of ESCAPE disturbing...
Star Wars day has already come and passed (May the Fourth be with you, though!), but we can still celebrate! Why not try escaping none other than Darth Vader's Castle! This awesome room will provide you with some very interesting new insights about how the Sith formerly known as Anakin has decorated his humble abode. So cozy!
Still want more to play?
In case you missed it, we also just released an update featuring a brand new room that pays tribute to our previous game Cats In Time! More info on that update can be found here. Additionally, we also just put out a smaller hotfix patch. Of course there are still plenty of other updates coming up, so we hope you continue to look forward to those! In the meantime, thanks again for all of your wonderful support!
