This minor update contains fixes for a few rare blocking issues, plus some network logging updates:
- Fix for issue where players could get locked out of The Clank dungeon
- Fix for issue with players sometimes getting stuck in level geometry in Cloud Canyon
- Fix for issue where players could be blocked from speaking with the leader of the Thieves Guild
- Added additional logging around network timeouts
- Incremented net version number
