Update EarlyAccess_2.0.7 - Hot Fix

-Fix thermal sync issue in multiplayer so thermals stop and end across all clients on multiplayer at the same time.
-Improve multiplayer performance by reducing details on distant gliders.
-Reduce paramotor sound volume some.
