Update 1.4.3: Sound Settings

-Add the ability to control the volume of the music and the variometer.
-Variometer sound is now in 3D space emanating from the device.
-Make wind not rotate the glider when on the ground.
-Make thermal spawners not visible through the ground.
-Extend the wind a thermal range on the terrain so they keep populating.
