This patch fixes customer trash drop rates, which should help new players progress through the initial Pop Pop tutorial quest.

- Removed star from shop level up UI to reduce confusion with the shop star rating system

- Fixed a few disconnects
- Fixed a scenario where customers wouldn't navigate to "Needs" floor types properly
- Fixed picking up a waiting queue not properly sending customers back
- Fixed customers not entering the shop if there is no waiting queue
- Fixed an inaccessible Rune in the Crater
- Fixed customers not generating enough floor messes
- Fixed customers not dropping trash
- Fixed customers being let into the shop in the wrong order, not respecting order of queues properly
- Fixed client being able to buy back the shop from the government without having the proper amount of resources
