Update #1

Hello! There is first update for Hentai vs Evil live on Steam!

Changelist:

• Weapon pickups now highlighted by icon;
• "Start Game" text renamed to "DIFFICULTY"
• Added timer to show how much time left for bonus ammo;
• Ammo icon now colored as the current ammo type;
• Ammo Boxes now become easier to open;
• There are no blood decals and particles when you hit skeletons;
• Easy mode is became more easy;
• Fixed enemy spawns in the pirate map;
• More ammo bonuses at the pirate map;
• Russian localization fix;
