Hello all,
The team recently designing the first impression part of the game. We wanted to solve a lot of problems from mouse pointer control issues, the need for tutorials and even redesigning the environment art of the desolate beach where Evelyn wakes up.
Today we wanted to share the news that the team will be adding a very small mini game to spark the curiosity of the landscape through the concept of a binoculars.
These binoculars will help the players hint where to go. It will include very simple game mechanics to tune the focus of the lenses and also small movement mechanics so that the player can move the camera around to add a feel of exploration.
We are learning new things everyday, trying to be meticulous regarding the small experiences and the details.
More to come.
