New effect "Room" is out! This effect shows a large room around you during movement. This effect reduce VR motion sickness more effective. You can choose "Room (Cirlce)" or "Room (Rect)".
This is the room effect video on actual games.
[New Effect]
- Add Room Effect (Circle)
- Add Room Effect (Rect)
- Add Room Setting
[Other]
- Change max show duration 3 sec > 2 sec.
- Change max keep duration 3 sec > 2 sec.
- Change max hide duration 3 sec > 5sec.
(Dev thinks that show effect in short duration and hide effect in long duration is natural to reduce motion sickness. Large max number drop controllability in slider UI so change max values.)
- Add help buttons in dashboard. It shows descriptions about each parameter.
- Improve performance about Circle/Rect effects.
- Add texture resolution setting about Circle/Rect effects.
- Reduce thumbstick input threshold slitely.
- Fix launching bugs when SteamVR has not launched.
- Fix a UI gap on the Quest 2.
Dev aims to add one more effect in this summer and release full version. I hope this tool helps to reduce VR motion sickness and playing many great VR titles slept in your library. Thanks to your support!
