Bug Fix Update

Fixed an issue with people unable to exit the game with the menu... not that you'd want to!
Reginald update: Ult now does a base dmg/heal and distributes the damage to everyone that is still alive
Refactored Settings Manager, everything should work as intended now
Set minimum time for match start to 10 seconds
Fixed the way the leaderboards scale in game, so they don't need to be moved to scale.
Auto Strim | Auto Powers now show popup next to Arena Powers properly even if started in lobby
