We hope you're enjoying Next Fest, and have had the time to play Mech Armada (how did you get on? challenging enough for you?).
Like all of you diving into the festival, faced with over 800 amazing games, we wanted to spend a few minutes just supporting our peers. If you've played Mech Armada that's awesome (thanks so much!), but we also think it's important to give some love to all the other brilliant games that are on the show.
It's incredibly challenging to get eyes onto any game, and we think it's important that smaller development studios help lift each other up. With that in mind, here's five of our favorite turn-based strategy games that you can download now.
Deepest Chamber
After a horrible disease descended over your kingdom, everyone you know was forced to move underground. Now, as a group of former guards and reformed scoundrels you’re forced to scrounge for supplies and descend further and further underground encountering friends and foes along the way. Rogue Lords
How about a turn based game that lets you change the rules in your favor? In Rogue Lords, you play as the devil himself who has gathered a group of disciples to help him regain control over humans. Unlock new skills, synergize with your team and use your devilish powers to take back to the world.

War Tales
There’s not much better than blood on your hands, dirt on your face and fresh coin in your pocket. In Wartales, you don’t play as a hero. You play as a group of mercenaries, thieves and bandits just trying to survive in a chaotic world where a plague has swept the nation.
