Citizens of Rome!
As promised, we are working hard, while not sleeping enough to fix the issues we had upon release. We know we have a lot of work ahead of us, that the release went a bit wrong and we will need to prove ourselves to you once more. We are determined to do exactly that.
This hotfix should fix some major issues you brought to our attention, including some crashes, the mouse not getting to the side of the screen. Also, we think we fixed at least one major issue that caused many players to get characters in very low quality and it should improve now. We know there are still many other issues, but we hope this will already make a big difference to the experience.
We also promise to keep updating hotfixes at least once a day, until all the major issues are resolved, you are happy with us once more and we see your reviews reflect that. We know some people are mad at the moment, and you are right to be, but we are here for one simple reason - to make a great game and a great experience and we are doing and will keep doing everything we can to make it that happen so you can experience what we worked so hard to create without annoying technical issues.
Hotfix #2 Changelog:
- Fixed an issue where the mouse cursor would get stuck at the middle of the screen
- Fixed an issue where you could not talk to Maximus while the tutorial was active.
- Characters should now look better on lower settings. No more orc faces.
