Version 0.3 modifies some mutations and fixes a couple of stubborn bugs.

- Mutation menu shows the rarity of each mutation option.
- Four Tails mutation changed from uncommon to rare.
- Sharp Teeth deals a half heart of damage if your sanity is less than half.
- Lightning Rod electricity animation plays less frequently.
- Changed color of minimap walls.
