Join Caroline Walker
Caroline Walker, an elementary school teacher, received a strange letter with a photo of two twin girls from the Wildberger Hospital, located on Winterlake town in Blackwood island. After receiving the letter, Caroline can’t continue with her normal life since she started to feel anxious during the day and had horrible nightmares.
She started to see the little girls' faces in the photo as soon as she closed her eyes. After an awful week experiencing these strange symptoms, she decided to go to Wildberger hospital and investigate who the girls in the photo were.
As soon as she enters the hospital, which way back was a mansion, she is knocked down by a stranger, put into a bathtub, and connected to breathing machines.
