1.44 - A small, but significant patch

Version 1.44
- Turtlepult has his Bump ability back, but now it costs 1GP.
- Farmer has Magic Pitchfork, which deals 2 damage to 2 units in a line and turns tiles into Grass.
- We're moving back to 2 rescues, as it really got out of hand with the 3 balance-wise.
- A nice little hover tip that appears on the title screen for the various game modes
- Several bug fixes
