New Leader Portraits
- Replaced perhaps our most egregious pieces of placeholder art with original professional portraits that are quite fetching
- This is part of the increased diversity between civs that is coming in future updates
Bug Fixes and Minor Improvements
- Fixed issues that could occur when you pillage one of your own cities
- Added an on-mouseover popup for the glowing red resource icons that mean you have unpaid maintenance on a hex
- Invalid order error message improvements
- Removed the war status icons since you're always at war
