Titanic Scion is coming to gamescom! That's right, you'll have the opportunity to experience hands-on demos during next month's convention taking place August 20-24 at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion will join the lineup of playable games at the Marvelous Europe booth, A-051 in Hall 7. We hope to see you there if you can make it! For the rest of you waiting patiently at home, don't fret. We've got some new trailers for you to enjoy in the meantime.
You didn’t really think we’d forget about the big boys, did you? While Titanic Scion has introduced a new, more agile Arsenal, you’ll still be able to enjoy the sensation of piloting a scaled-up version known as Heavy Armor.
When your Heavy Armor gauge is filled up, you’ll be able to summon this customizable mech to unleash massive damage to anything foolish enough to stand in your way. This temporary summons comes with a range of benefits that can instantly turn the tide of battle.
Speaking of turning the tide, the Fusion system puts just how human you want to be directly into your hands. Battling against Immortals is no small task, but the rewards are worth the effort – especially when it comes to Factors. Immortal Factors come in three varieties, Skeleton, Might, and Shell, each of which offers unique qualities to fuse with your character.
Different Factors can unlock different abilities, and the more you discover and obtain, the more of these abilities you can employ in combat. Be wary though, as Fusion comes at a cost. You’ll lose a bit of your humanity with every Factor you use to empower yourself. The choice of whether that power is worth losing yourself along the way can only be made by you.
Pre-order now to take advantage of the bonus “Special Equipment Set” DLC, which includes the “Bahamut” Arsenal Skin, the Beguiling Suit (Outer Suit), and the Special Equipment – Victorious Gleam (Laser Blade), as well as the “Purchase Bonus Item Set” DLC, which includes the Special Equipment – Variable Breadth (Longbow), Bonus Attachment Set 1, and Bonus Item Set.
