Dear Commanders,
Around 7:30 PM(UTC/GMT+8) this afternoon, there were fluctuations in the server network which may cause some Commanders to experience issues accessing the game. We are actively investigating and fixing the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and ask for your patience while we work to resolve the issue. After the problem is fixed, we will issue compensation based on the duration of the server malfunction.
Best regards.
