Today's update is part 2 of our solution to fix workers loosing their job issue.
Now when you adding a worker to a building you are creating a request for a worker, and in case if worker dies that work place will be looking for a new worker. So no more reassigning workers to same places when you mismanaged your food stocks or a worker get eaten by wolves.
This way you can also create requests for a worker while you don't have enough workers at this moment, and new workers will automatically run to work places when they spawn.
You can switch to beta branch by clicking on Becastled in your Steam library, then select -> Properties -> Betas -> select "beta" from dropdown.
Cheers!
