This update adds a new mission type: Boss fights. Every 10 missions, you will have to face a unique enemy, that will put your team and your tactical acumen to the test.
Defeat the boss, and you will be rewarded with a Unique item, in the same way as if you placed first in a weekly leaderboard.
In the same way special objectives were introduced, boss fights will be added one at a time... meaning that at the moment there is only one, and more will come in the future :)
Also a couple of new gear items have been added: the Fusion Reactor and the Enhanced Exoskeleton.
Lastly, the Strong skill from the Grunt tree has changed slightly: now, in addition to ignoring the Unwieldy trait of equipped weapons, it also grants a bonus on the distance grenades can be thrown.
