This patch adds a planets screen so the player has better access to planet data, makes structure more powerful, and fixes a few other more minor issues.
0.825 change list:
- added a planets screen
- now components are protected from damage when your structure/max structure is 75% or higher (Mythos)
- fixed an initiliazation issue with new sound stuff
- fixed selecting a list line and losing race symbol
- now can lock color in text
- added icon for planets screen
- rearranged icons for menus on game menu
- changed P key to default to planets screen instead of pausing (pause key still works if you have one)
- added planets screen to controller menu cycle
- fixed search for enemy text saying credits twice (Eris Shrugged)
- fixed rebels unlocked texts (Redsovietz)
- changed PROTOCOL_VERSION to 97
- simplified text code lock stuff
