Also new is the red preview of an object that the player carries and that can't be placed in the location the cursor is pointing at. Until now you had to hold down the left mouse button for that but in many Let's Plays, it happened that for example a white notecard was thrown UNDER the table and not placed ON the table. That was a bit annoying for many players.
As a small extra, the rotation speed for objects you can place was increased (remember: if you hold down the left mouse button and hold R you can rotate the object before placing it).
