Hello to our amazing Ova Magica community 💚
Over the past months, we’ve been working incredibly hard on Ova Magica and its full release.
A huge part of that effort has been localization — translating over 300,000 words into multiple languages (Simplified Chinese, German, French, Spanish, and Japanese) — which turned out to be far more time-intensive than we expected.
On top of that, we’ve also been preparing for a console release. It’s been a big journey for our small team!

Your patience, support, and understanding truly mean the world to us. As a very small team working on a big game without the resources of a large studio, things sometimes take a bit longer — and we’re incredibly grateful that you’ve stuck with us along the way.
With this small update, we have 2 important things to share!
1) Upcoming Announcement 📢
You can expect a MAJOR public announcement at the very end of May 🎉
We can’t share all the details just yet — but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!
2) Price Adjustment 💰
Starting April 24th, the price of Ova Magica will increase to:
$29.99 / €29.99 (and equivalent in other currencies).
This reflects the final game price, so it will not increase again.
We also want to give a small 1.0 Beta recap:
The 1.0 Beta is now complete, and the full release of Ova Magica will bring a wide range of improvements, quality-of-life updates, and brand-new content.
The balancing and QoL improvements were especially praised by Beta players, and many of these changes stem directly from player feedback and reviews.
Here is a super rough overview of just some of the most anticipated changes for 1.0 to make the game feel and play better:
