Hello friends, fans, and mom! David here from Brave Lunch with a little update about Blobkin.
We've decided as a team to push our release date back to March 2021.
We had an incredible beta (200 sign ups!) and had a great response. The number one wish though? More stuff! More levels, content, weapons, moar moar :) Along the way we also encountered a lot of bugs that need some attention, particularly the hostile movements. Plus let's be honest, this holiday season is going to be crazy with new releases (Cyberpunk 2077 anyone? ✋🤚)
So the team decided to push back to March! More time to focus on adding enemies, weapons, combat and new levels, like this little gem from team member Josiah Poling:
An eerie new level, deep below the sea, at the edge of an oil rig. What dark mysteries lie so deep below?
For those of you on the beta: don't worry! Your keys will be active as we push out updates, we're aiming monthly right now (new one in two weeks!) And for those of you who wish to sign up, toss me an email and I'll make sure you get on the next batch :)
We're so excited to show you what we have in store, but for now, back below to developing we go...
