Due to a small coding error, cheat codes stopped working, so I have issued an updated version with the following changes:

- Title screen cheat codes are working again. I apologize for the inconvenience.
New features
- Added a toggle to switch off all stage elements (except water)
- Added prompt for launching native x64 build of Schwarzerblitz instead of the usual x86 build (might help with some mismatched Visual Studio Redistributable installations)
