NOTE: If the recent update causes you any problem, you can right-click the link in the Steam library, select Properties, go to the Betas tab, and choose a legacy version to revert to the previous version.
(If you were already using the legacy version or you haven't used the link for a while, please note: the upper limit of jump sensitivity has been increased to 60. You may need to manually readjust the jump sensitivity in your saved models.)
1. Optimized the core recognition algorithm, slightly improving The Link’s overall performance.
2. The Link now supports 4 performance modes.
The previous “Quality Mode” and “Performance Mode” are now renamed to Quality and Standard modes.
Two new modes have been added: Fast Mode and Lite Mode.
(In testing, even laptops under 200 dollar can run The Link smoothly in Lite Mode.)
⚠️ Note: In Lite Mode, the frame rate is capped at 30 FPS, and The Link visibly reduces image clarity.
As a result, Simple Mouse and Ultra Recognition may become nearly unusable.
It is recommended to use a controller or custom pose + touch frames instead of gesture clicks.
Also note: Different performance modes may require you to re-tune your Links.
Once you've confirmed that your PC can run one mode smoothly with high FPS and no delay, try to avoid switching modes frequently.
3. Fixed an issue where Ultra Recognition would always use the right hand, regardless of whether left or right was selected.
4 . Floating window default size is now saved with global settings, not per model.
5. from disabled pages will no longer be visible, even if set to “Show.”
6. All Hitbox set to “Show” will now appear in gray as background overlays when creating or editing a new touch frame—this helps you draw multiple hitboxes more accurately.
7. Fixed a bug where keys held by an action remained pressed after exiting The Link.
8.Improved auto-scaling for the small camera view inside the main window when using different resolutions and rotation settings.
