Hello everyone!
Today, I want to introduce you to the in-game news system.
I created a newspaper, publication containing information about future technologies, facts, hints, and current events that are happening inside the game.
I decided that this is a much better way to display information about different topics while at the same time, creating a more immersive experience. A new newspaper is typically published every few months and contains four different random articles. Reading a newspaper is not mandatory, but can be helpful. After all, the newspaper is your biggest tool in Movie World. Apart from the help menu, of course. 😉
Newspaper articles can be in divided into five sections:
- Education: Short, interesting facts about the real world movie industry.
- Technology: Future technologies that will be available for research in-game.
- Events: Summarizes different events that are currently happening inside the game.
- Hints: Interviews with fictional experts that give you hints about movie production in-game.
- Press release: Bad/Good information about other studios sent to a newspaper by you or other rival studios.
I hope you and your family are doing well.
Have a great day! 😊
