Mark your calendars for a special Black Lion Trading Company event as Captain Evon Gnashblade invites you to a unique “birthday” celebration in Lion’s Arch. You don’t give Evon gifts on his “birthday”—instead, he provides deep discounts and spectacular offers!
From November 25 to December 2, the Black Lion Vaults will open with exclusive offerings and a chance to trade materials for a few limited-time surprises. There will also be new vendors, new displays, and a whole new look to the Vaults, so get ready to head over to Lion’s Arch next week.
Evon’s “Birthday” Deals
Players logging in during the event will receive their “birthday” invitation in the mail encouraging them to visit the Vaults in Lion’s Arch. The message comes with a cinematic highlighting the location, setting the stage for the festivities. Here’s what you can expect during the event:
- 30% Off Black Lion Chest Keys: What savings! As part of the celebration, Black Lion Chest Keys are discounted by 30%, giving you the chance to unlock even more of the treasures Evon has carefully curated. The discount runs through the event dates, so be sure to take advantage of it before time runs out. Isn’t Evon so generous?
- Material Exchange: Evon also wants to help you clean out your cluttered inventory! During the event, you can exchange select materials for limited rewards, such as 250 Large Claws for a Guaranteed Wardrobe Unlock, and 150 Vicious Fangs for 3 Black Lion Chest Keys. Head to the Black Lion “Birthday” Manager vendor in the Vaults to see everything that is available.
- Wizard Vault: For those looking to earn a little extra recognition, completing a Wizard’s Vault objective will reward you with a little bonus of Astral Acclaim. It’s Evon’s way of showing you how much he cares about you on his “birthday.” The Vaults Get a Fresh Look
Evon’s “birthday” isn’t just about discounts—it’s also an opportunity to experience the permanent changes in Lion’s Arch. Evon has literally blown the doors off the Vaults to make room for more inventory and show you the incredible items he has in stock!
The Vaults will now have new displays showcasing mounts, outfits, and other items in Evon’s inventory. These displays give a peek at what’s available for your character’s wardrobe and collections. Expect these displays to be updated every season, offering new looks as the items rotate.
Whether you “celebrate” by grabbing discounted items or by taking advantage of the more convenient trading post vendor, there’s no better time than Evon Gnashblade’s “Birthday” Celebration to head to Lion’s Arch and check out the Vaults!
