Greetings, Pilots-
The leaves may be changing color, the temperature might be dropping, and the pumpkin spice is assuredly flowing. That makes this week’s limited event perfect, as the WVA is proud to offer you a chance to earn some comfy, warm clothes for Irma just in time for her to enjoy some crisp autumn afternoons.
Running from 10/10 at 12PM PDT through 10/11 12PM PDT, you’ll be able to battle it out with your fellow Volta pilots in a 24-hour leaderboard challenge event. Those of you who finish in the top spots will earn this lovingly knit ensemble for Irma, along with some Credits. Those who finish outside the top slots will have a chance to earn additional Credits, along with some incredibly valuable resources.
- Tier 1 Winners: Irma Costume, 80 Credits
- Tier 2 Winners: Cosmic Spore (x1), Microchip (x2), 60 Credits
- Tier 3 Winners: Microchip (x2), 40 Credits
- Tier 4 Winners: Sensor (x4), 20 Credits
While we welcome pilots of all skill levels, we’re adding a little challenge to the mix by restricting participants from using the following equipment for this event: the Rocket Punch, the Drill Rocket, and the Satellite Laser. There are still a number of loadouts you can employ to make your fight easier, but be assured the competition will be just as calculating in their approach.
The WVA will continue to host events like this in the future, so stay tuned for regular updates on when and where you’ll be able to play, and more importantly, what you’ll be able to win. Good luck to all who enter.
