It's time to customize and pilot your very own Volta in the Volta-X Beta from 9AM PDT - 9PM PDT on July 18th, 2020! To enter, please email us at [email protected] to request a Steam Beta key!
This limited time Beta will create the first opportunity for all players to customize their own gigantic robot called a Volta, jump into battle against others online, and get a first look at the story mode.
Volta-X is a real-time strategy RPG where players control a crew of animal pilots working together within a giant Volta mech to battle other Voltas and monstrous Kaiju in both PvE and PvP fights. Strategy in battle is key as players manage firing off weapons and commanding their team of Volta pilots to power-up weapons, repair their Volta, or extinguish fires. It takes quick reflexes and strong decision-making to take down your opponent in the game’s fast-paced combat.
But there’s more to Volta-X than just robot combat. There is also a full single-player campaign as well as the pilots’ headquarters for players to build and manage. Players can customize their headquarters with research facilities to create specialized equipment and construct rooms to relax in such as the cinema and garden to help the pilots get the most out of their day. Portions of the story mode and the headquarters will be available during the Beta, as well as 1-on-1 battling against other players. Join us on the battlefield and prove your mettle as a pilot! We look forward to seeing if you have what it takes to dominate the World Volta Association.
Please note that the number of keys is limited. Keys must be requested by 7/16/2020 11:59PM PDT. Though keys will be delivered in advance, the game will not be playable until 9AM PDT on 7/18/2020. Progress on Beta accounts will not transfer to future accounts. Beta may not be available in all territories.
