With so much QA and bug fixing, who has time to play games?? Well, we do! Every week, the Giant Fox team hops online to play our game together. This is an important thing for us! We work remotely nowadays and it's nice to be able to spend some time as a team with something fun. And, with that in mind, what could be more fun than playing Swing Striker??
During our playtest sessions silly things happen all the time and bugs show themselves. This was certainly a big one:
Whelp, looks like our development team has some more work to do! Of course, this is all part of the process of building and creating games. The development team spends a lot of time making sure the playing process is smooth and bug free. They do that while keeping up with requests for new mechanics and abilities from the design team.
Now, just because we are playing games this week doesn’t mean that we aren’t still working hard to make Swing Striker great! This week, we have put the finishing touches on some of our newest levels. There are many steps to getting a level from concept to in-game. Check out this early concept sketch for a sneak peak into the future of Swing Striker!
Until next time!
