In Closing:
Hello everyone, this is 1000 Water.
First and foremost, thank you all for your support and feedback! It has greatly helped us improve "Esports Godfather." We've noted many interesting suggestions and added them to our development list, which will be updated after the major overhaul.
There's something I need to explain: before the major update in 2-3 months, we will occasionally make balance adjustments. I understand that many of you may feel uneasy about these changes, but they are related to subsequent updates. We aim to achieve a relatively stable version first, on which we can then build. If the current power disparities are too significant, future update plans will become more challenging. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience, but it is necessary for creating a better and more complete work.
Regarding the update frequency, you may have noticed that new content updates have been slow lately. This is because we have already started working on the next major update! Major overhauls of the external line and AI are underway, and we expect to complete these tasks within 2-3 months. During this period, we will focus primarily on the major update, and we will gradually reveal the specific update content starting next week.
As for why the major update can't be split into smaller, incremental updates, the main reason is that many elements require a fresh start. For example, we are adding more elements for players, such as personalities, multiple playstyles, potential abilities, and more, which will create compatibility issues with previous saves. Additionally, some new systems will require changes to existing systems. Therefore, after careful consideration, we decided to bundle everything together into one major update.
Finally, I want to thank all the coaches for supporting Esports Godfather. Feel free to join our Discord and follow us on X for more discussions and feedback.
