I am the producer of "Esport Godfather," 1000Water. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your anticipation and support for "Esport Godfather." We have been working tirelessly to refine the game to present a quality product.
However, it is with regret that we must make an announcement. Our game, originally scheduled for release on October 20th this year, "Esports Godfather," will now be delayed until March 15, 2024. Additionally, our steam demo festival event will also be postponed to the next February.
We understand that this is a frustrating and disappointing development, and we sincerely apologize for it.
The primary reason behind this decision is that we do not want to release a version that is lacking in polish and is in an "It Just Works" state. Due to somewhat chaotic project management and various unexpected events (such as construction work upstairs damaging our computers), the game is still in an unfinished state. Therefore, in order to provide you with a better experience and deliver a superior product, we had to choose to delay the release.
We are aware that multiple delays have caused inconvenience to all of you, and we want to firmly assure you that this will be the final delay for "Esport Godfather." We guarantee that the game will be released on March 15, 2024. Over the next few months, we will continue to share the latest developments and content of the game with all of you.
Once again, we sincerely thank you for your understanding and patience. "Esport Godfather" will not disappoint your expectations!
